This latest release adds a new Menu Group, Topic Properties, and three new functions to help you work better with MindManager’s powerful Topic Properties and Formulas.

Property Clipboard

This function enables you to copy groups of Topic Properties and helps you to quickly build Map templates that utilize Topic Properties.

Properties can be copied all at once, so all types are copied, or you can copy groups such as all Formulas or all Custom Properties.

You can also copy Properties with/without their values if required.

Extended Properties

Using Extended Properties you can include Topic Task information on your Topics in a Property. This then means it can be utilized in Topic Formulas and Autocalc structures.

You can also use several pre calculated Properties which will calculate values for  Number of Days until a Task Starts etc.

With Extended Properties enabled your Topics will update as you work with MindManager and bring an extra layer of functionality to Formulas and Autocalc.

Excel Properties

These new Properties only available through MAP enable you to use Excel Spreadsheet Cell values to populate your MindManager Properties. These can then be used in Formulas and Autocalc structures.

You can update values from or back to the source Spreadsheet on a Topic by Topic basis or across the whole Map in one action.

This new function now gives you the power to feed Map Properties and Formulas with changing data from Excel.

Work now starts on the 1.9 release of MAP for MindManager which will be available towards the middle of July.
